Purpose

When ViewingMode is set to DataLocation, this property along with ViewingPoint will set the focal location of rotation and zooming.

If SetViewingAt is non-zero, it takes precedence.

The SetViewingFrom property can control the location of the camera that points in direction of SetViewingAt.

Only applicable for RenderEngine = Direct3D.
