PEWN_PREHSCROLL

This notification message is sent to the parent window immediately before ProEssentials processes a WM_HSCROLL message.

The developer reads SBCode and SBCode to determine the type of scroll action about to be processed.

OCX/VCL developers use the PreHScroll event.
