Purpose

Gets or sets currently zoomed horizontal pixel offset within the logical coordinates defining virtual size/location of chart.

The logical size/location of zoomed chart is retrieved with PeFunction.GetRectAxis (PEP_rectAXIS). GetRectGraph (PEP_rectGRAPH) defines size/location of viewport in screen coordinates.
