ContourLegendPrecisionII

Purpose

Controls an optional maximum precision (number of decimal places) used within the secondary contour legend.

Used to reduce the number of decimals displayed in the contour legend labels if possible. 

If set to a non-zero value, represents the max number of decimal positions to show offset by 1. For example, setting to 1 means 0 decimals, setting to 2 means 1 decimal, setting to 3 means 2 decimals and so on.
