ClosestAxisIndexVisible

Purpose

Used with PEsearchsubsetpointindex, this property stores latest function result. If Chart is zoomed, or SubsetsToGraph and or RandomSubsetsToGraph limit the quantity of visible axes, then the Visible axis index is the zero based axis index from top(0) to bottom(n). ClosestAxisIndex is generally the index with more value to the develoer as it defines the overall axis index as chart is initialized.
