AllowLargerLegendWidth

Purpose

This feature helps when your implementation potentially shows small controls / charts within your windows.  

Defines a threshold pixel width where if control width is below this threshold the top/bottom legend uses full width of control instead of limited to width of grid area.  For larger charts, the default is to justify the legend with edges of grid area.

A common setting may be 250 pixels.
