TubeThicknessInc

Purpose

Use to adjust the Range of Tube Thickness between Thin through Thick when LinesOrTubes enables 3D Tube construction in place of simple lines. 

For example, TubeThicknessInc = 1.5 will cause the incremental size increases (MediumThin to Medium to MediumThick) to be increased by 50% and allows control of the range of tube thicknesses.  

This property is used in conjuntion with TubeThicknessMin and LinesOrTubes to control if tubes are constructed and their range of thickness.
