ResourceBmpMinY

Purpose

Only used for GraphAnnotation symbols, this property defines the bottom location of bitmap in data units relative to YData.

ResourceBmpStyle should be set to DataSized and the other size related properties must be set: ResourceBmpMinX, ResourceBmpMaxX, ResourceBmpMaxY.

First set WorkingResourceBitmap between 0 and 150 prior to setting this property.
