DxViewportPanFactor

Purpose

This property controls the responsiveness / sensitivity of dragging the 3D scene while holding Shift-Key and Left-Button-Dragging.

Responsiveness may need adjusting as it is dependent on GridAspectX, GridAspectY, and DxFOV. 

For example, setting to 1.5 will increase responsiveness 50%.

Pe3do, only applies for Direct3D rendering.
