Purpose

Gets and Sets whether the ZoomWindow is visible upon zoomed charts. Supports dragging and sizing the zoom-box within the ZoomWindow. The zoom-box is the highlighted section within the ZoomWindow that is currently charted in main view. Currently not compatible with Filter2D3D feature.

Setting	Description
TRUE	Show ZoomWindow at bottom of chart.
FALSE	Do not show ZoomWindow at bottom of chart.
