SearchNonSequentialData

Purpose

Enables PEsearchsubsetandpointindex and PEsearchpointindex to find the closest subset and or point index when x data is not sequentially ordered. For charts with fewer than 10,000 points, or as desired, the brute force search of searching every data point may be useful and convenient. For charts with many data points, best if False, and ordering x data if not inheriently ordered.
