ResourceBmpColorize
Purpose Setting Mask(1) or Tint(2) will cause the bitmap to transform to the color defined by SubsetColors or GraphAnnotationColor. Reducing your need to define bitmaps of varying colors.
It is important to first set the related color property before setting this property, as setting this property will pre load and colorize the resource.
Set WorkingResourceBmp prior to seting this property.

Note that the .Net interfaces expanded this property and is now mamed ColorizeMode. The legacy version Colorize was defined as a BOOL controlling Mask only.
