public int PeFunction.SearchPointIndex ( double X, int nSubset, PointSearchLocation nSearchLocation )

Parameter	Description
X	X search location in data units (not pixels)
nSubset	Subset index to search for
nSearchLocation	0 = Main Charting Area, must be visible 1 = Main Charting Area, no test for visibility 2 = lower Zoom Window

Searches for the closest point within a specific subset. Takes an X data value (not pixel), a subset index, and a Search Location. Companion function PEsearchsubsetpointindex.

Returns

Non-zero if successful, else zero.
